AANE Webinar: Crisis Supports and Suicide Prevention for Autistic People

Suicide is a leading cause of death in the autism community. Research has shown there are unique risk factors and warning signs of suicide for Autistic people. This webinar will provide the latest research and statistics on autism and suicide, as well as discuss four autism specific resources to use when supporting Autistic people in crisis.


This webinar is designed for Autistic adults, their parents, other adult family members, and partners of these individuals. Professionals who support the autism community are also welcome.


Advanced registration is required.  After you have registered, a confirmation email is sent with a link to attend the program. Registrants who do not receive the confirmation email should check their email spam folder. Registration closes 24 hours prior to the event. Early registration is highly recommended as many programs fill quickly.

This webinar will be recorded. If you are not available during the live presentation, registrants will receive the video link to access the recording of the presentation two business days after the session ends. Registrants can access the recorded presentation for 30 days.
