An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Friday, repeating until April 26, 2024


Learn to approach life with self-compassion in this six-week empirically supported course. Our new Mindful Self-Compassion Short Course teaches caregivers how to self-motivate by practicing kindness, working with their inner critic, and staying present.

Angela Breidenstine, PhD
Dr. Angie Breidenstine is a clinical psychologist and trained teacher of the Mindful Self-Compassion curriculum. She has worked with children, parents, and families for over 20 years and has seen how connecting with self-compassion helps to enhance the wellbeing of children and adults.
