LIFE on the Disability Spectrum is a social group for teens and young adults with developmental disabilities. It exists to provide Learning, Independence, Fun, and Employment opportunities for young adults in the CRSA community through monthly social group at Mosaic Church in Evans, monthly exciting community outings (examples: Putt Putt, movies, Augusta GreenJackets games, Level Up Game Center, etc.), and vocational opportunities and support. This group is led in partnership by Easterseals East Georgia and The Mosaic Center. Easterseals' 'Young Adults on the Spectrum' group has been having fun for nearly 10 years and was thrilled to start a new chapter with The Mosaic Center, forming LIFE on the Disability Spectrum.
LIFE on the Spectrum's Friday Social Group meets monthly on the last Friday of the month from 6-9pm at Mosaic Church: 478 Columbia Industrial Blvd, Evans, GA 30809. Our group meets in the Gathering Hall and Student Room, while our parents group meets in The Mosaic Center down the hall. Parents, come join us for a 30-minute to an hour workshop and support group while your teen or young adult builds relationships with their peers.
