This group is designed for parents and other adult family members of young Autistic children under the age of 12. This group is limited to 16 participants or caregivers to connect with one another and share information.
AANE is offering an 8-week virtual group for Autistic and similarly Neurodivergent teens aged 14-16. This group provides a secure and inclusive environment where teens can foster connections and engage with one another in a facilitated setting.
This interest group is intended for post-high school adults who fulfill the player pre-requisites outlined below:
Participants need to have played Dungeons and Dragons before either at AANE or elsewhere.
They must also be familiar with character creation, general rules of D&D Edition 5, cooperation within a team, and following campaign rules and storyline.
Each participant is expected to attend all 8 meetings in order to help his/her team advance as far as possible in the campaign.
This interest series will be using a campaign selected by the Dungeon Masters. Participants must agree to follow the rules of the campaign at all times.
Because this is an interactive/collaborative game. Participants need to be able to participate fully in each game session.

This multi-session support group is designed for Autistic women (35-50). Through this support group, women (35-50) can build an ongoing connection with a small community of other women. AANE multi-session support groups for women also give women an opportunity to voice their concerns and frustrations. It also lets them acknowledge hard-won and unexpected victories. Common topics of discussion are:
Masking/camouflaging
Sensory sensitivities/overloads
Relationships
Self-care
Empathy
A new social and craft night, ArtReach, is offered the 3rd Thursday of each month. in person focusing on art, 6:30-8:00 pm. This group is held at the Hudgens Center for Art and Learning in Duluth for women on the spectrum.
This is a Support Group for autistic adults who are parents. As an autistic individual, parenting brings with it a multitude of unique experiences and challenges. That’s why we’re here! Together we can share lived experiences and offer support to one another so we can grow and succeed in parenthood. Whether your child is arriving soon, a toddler, in high school, or an adult themselves, parents of all genders are welcome.

This group is designed to provide teens with a safe space to feel connected to and engage with each other while practicing their social skills in a facilitated setting. The group will be developed based on the interests and needs of the members.

This group is designed to provide teens with a safe space to feel connected to and engage with each other while practicing their social skills in a facilitated setting. This support group is designed for Autistic women (40-60) looking to build an ongoing connection with a small community of other women. This 8-session AANE support group is designed for parents and caregivers of Autistic (or similarly neurodivergent) teens (age 14+) and adults who also identify as LGBTQIA+. In this small, welcoming group setting, participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, access valuable resources, and build meaningful connections with others navigating similar journeys. Each session offers a supportive space to explore the unique intersections of neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ identity, while providing guidance, insight, and a sense of community.
Neurodiversity Is Beautiful Social Peer Groups meets every Tuesday evening in person at LIFE, located at 4811 Waters Avenue in Savannah. This is not an open/drop-in group, you must register to participate.
Empowering neurodiverse adults and young adults to develop a local support network of peer support.

This group is designed for parents and other adult family members of Autistic children in the tween range (grades 4-9). The multi-session support group provides a guaranteed spot over a set number of sessions, which creates an opportunity to develop deeper connections and receive extensive peer support from the same group members
