This workshop will combine open discussion with a deep dive into select topics such as

– Connections; With Family, Friends, and in the Workplace
– Authenticity and Self Expression
– Wellbeing and Self Care
– Identity and Strengths
This workshop is only open to past HEARTS participants. If you wish to register, please email groups@aane.org.
Meetings will include resource materials as well as optional time for participants to connect informally. Developed and facilitated by HEARTS instructors Jess Alder and Tory Reome, HEARTS CONTINUED is your opportunity to keep learning, sharing and growing in a space informed by past HEARTS participants.
