Walk with me 2025
14th St Pedestrian BridgeJoin us for our annual Walk With Me Fundraiser!
This event includes a 5k as well as a 1-mile family fun run so that all ages and abilities can participate. All proceeds go directly towards our programs that support children and adults with disabilities and their families in our community.

Adaptive Sports & Activities Program
Northside Christian Church 9801 Whitesville Rd, Fortson, GA, United StatesFun sports and activities for differently abled children and young adults. All of the sports and activities are modified so that anyone can participate and have fun. Each participant is assigned a Buddy to help them with the sport. In some cases there are two participants to one Buddy, depending on the skill set of participants.
Modifications are also made for each sports event. Examples include lowered nets. shortened fields, increased ball size, deceased ball weigh, etc. We want this to be fun for your child and entire family, in a safe and secure environment.If you would like more information or have questions about how this will work for your child and family, please contact us at the information listed near the bottom of this page.
