The JAN Webcast Series is a free virtual training series presented by JAN consultants and guest experts. Webcasts are tailored to human resource professionals, federal agencies, small employers, and organizations seeking to strengthen their accommodation programs. This technical assistance helps employers understand their responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act and implement effective accommodations that meet workplace needs and foster employee success.
ASL interpreting and real-time captioning are available for every webcast. These services are provided by Ai-Media. Captions can be activated in Zoom by using the "CC" option during the webcast or viewed using a separate browser by accessing this captioning link. The caption link will be included in the login email and shared in the chat window at the start of each webcast.
Registrants will receive training materials for each session, which will be sent via email prior to the scheduled event. These materials will be in an accessible format and may include Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe PDF files.
