  • Executive Function at Work: Task Paralysis and Prioritization

Executive function challenges at work can look like procrastination, messiness, or “not trying.” In reality, it’s often task paralysis caused by unclear expectations, overload, and constant interruptions.

This practical 60-minute webinar teaches neurodivergent adults how to start tasks when they feel stuck, prioritize without panic, and communicate clearly with managers, including micro-managers. You’ll learn step-by-step methods to make tasks “startable,” simple prioritization rules that reduce overwhelm, and scripts for negotiating deadlines, workload, and clarity.

You’ll leave with employment tools you can use the same day. No pressure to speak. Designed for mixed neurotypes and ability levels.

    You will learn how to:

Understand task paralysis and why it happens at work
Turn any task into a “startable” first step in minutes
Use a simple prioritization filter to decide what matters today
Build a 3-list system that stops your day being hijacked
Communicate priorities and trade-offs with your manager confidently
Reduce micro-management by increasing visibility in a structured way
    Handle on-the-spot questions without freezing
Describe your organization methods in interviews without oversharing
