There will be door prizes randomly given out at check-in throughout the day, complimentary cookies and milk in the Banquet Rooms from 11 AM – 3 PM (while supplies last), and model train layouts with a special scavenger hunt. Meet our Blue Crew in the museum galleries to check out fun holiday-themed science activities. PLUS, hop in line to meet Santa, The Grinch, and Frosty the Snowman and take home some fun gifts!

This open group meets on the second Saturday of the month and is for individuals (ages 15-19) who are Autistic or who suspect they are. All AANE-facilitated support groups provide information, connection, and community where participants can share similar issues and concerns and celebrate successes. Groups are designed for the teens only – parents and other family members should not attend the groups.

Our Education and Support Specialists are seasoned facilitators, each bringing years of experience supporting parents at IEP meetings and helping them understand IDEA. They too are parents like you who are passionate about the success of students with disabilities.
New! This is just for teens. Learn to play chess and make friends. The first one is on Saturday, December 14, at 2:30, at our office, 2000 Hamilton Road, Suite B, Columbus. Space is limited. Email autismhopecenterLLP@gmail.com to reserve a slot.
This support group is for Autistic adults (18+) who are post k-12. Through this support group, members can connect with a variety of participants.
AANE support groups give members an opportunity to celebrate successes and support each other through difficulties. Common topics of discussion are:

Sensory sensitivities/overloads
Relationships
Self-care
Disclosure
