AANE is offering an 8-week virtual group for Autistic and similarly Neurodivergent teens aged 14-16. This group provides a secure and inclusive environment where teens can foster connections and engage with one another in a facilitated setting.

Spectrum's Teen Saturday Social Club will provide a safe space for teens on the spectrum, ages 12-18. Participants need to have independent self help skills, and able to function with minimal supervision. (Ratio of 3 staff to up to 25 participants) The group will meet on Saturdays from 4 pm - 6 pm. (see dates on flyer) They will play board games or video games, enjoy karaoke, or watch movies with friends. The club will be managed by Social Skills Today and supervised by professional staff that will facilitate the members to help make new friends and strengthen social skills. This will be like a gym membership where you pay $150 for a 6-week membership to participate any or all Saturdays. You must register but then can attend as often or as little as you want. Registration is open. |

This group meets on the second Saturday of the month and is for individuals (ages 15-19) who are Autistic or who suspect they are. All AANE-facilitated support groups provide information, connection, and community where participants can share similar issues and concerns and celebrate successes. Groups are designed for the teens only – parents and other family members should not attend the groups.

What to Expect: Learning to read notes and rhythms During class, you will rehearse and collaborate with other students using Bandlab for Education, a free and easy-to-use online platform that gives you access to virtual instruments if you do not have an instrument of your own. Get ready to meet and mingle with like-minded young teens (ages 12 - 17) on the spectrum. A great opportunity to be social and make new friends as you move from table to table to get to know new people. Table Talk Jr. is $25 and includes meal and a drink. TIME IS 1 PM to 3 PM.
