This community connections discussion session is for Autistic adults. Participate in this free online discussion to connect with other Neurodivergent adults. Online sessions are hosted on the Zoom platform and are facilitated by AANE’s Individual & Family Services (IFS) staff.

Spectrum's Homeschool Learning and Enrichment program offers an inclusive and welcoming space for 3rd-12th grade students who are on the autism spectrum, have ADHD, dyslexia, or other learning differences. This program is designed for children with independent self-help skills who require minimal supervision with staff ratios of 1:6. The group will meet on Tuesdays, 11 am to 1:30 pm Social skills development with structured peer interactions, group activities, socio-emotional strategies will be offered. We will offer enrichment activities like Arts and Crafts, Music, Gardening and Nature Activities, Executive Function Skills, STEM (task management, time management), Social Skills and Peer Interaction, Life Skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, organization), and Career Readiness (for teens and young adults). Arts, drama, music, STEM, cooking, gardening, and life skills training. Innovative learning methods will feature activities led by specialists such as drum circle leaders, theatre professionals, Master Gardeners, and yoga instructors. Opportunities to build friendships and strengthen social skills through fun and engaging activities like playing games, outdoor play, and watching movies with peers will be provided after lunch. Students will bring their own lunch. |

This group meets twice monthly via Zoom, first and 3rd Fridays. Table Talk has become so popular that we’re introducing a lottery system for male participants to keep things fair and fun. Female participants can continue signing up as usual using the form on this page once registration opens. For male participants. To join, simply register between 8 - 10 a.m. on Sunday, November 16 by filling out the form below. Adding your name to the lottery gives you a chance to attend the next Table Talk, but it doesn’t guarantee a spot. If you’re selected, we’ll email you a link to confirm your spot. You’ll have 24 hours to complete your registration and make a payment—after that, the seat will be offered to the next person on the list. Please note that registration is by event, so you’ll need to sign up again for each Table Tent event if you’d like to be considered. This helps us keep Table Talk welcoming, organized, and open to those truly excited to join the conversation. Social Practice And Relationship Knowledge In a world that expects social connection, FAST's new SPARK Groups aim to help older teens & young adults on the autism spectrum gain confidence, build friendships, and experience community all while preparing for real-life success. From navigating relationships to handling interviews or dating, SPARK is your place to grow! These meetings, led by Emilee Betts, M. Ed., CCC-SLP, will offer a safe, supportive space to build real-world social and communication skills. Whether it’s navigating group conversations, managing emotions, or preparing for work/college environments, SPARK groups help empower individuals on the autism spectrum to connect with confidence. Topics and speaking points will vary for each meeting, ranging from everyday hang outs to preparing for adult responsibilities. |

Share Groups are free, monthly support groups for parents and primary caregivers, meeting from September through May in various locations across Metro Atlanta. These gatherings provide a welcoming space to connect with other parents, exchange practical tips, and share both the challenges and joys of parenting. As the very first program offered by FOCUS, Share Groups remain a cornerstone of our support services. Led by dedicated parent volunteers, each meeting is designed to be positive, constructive, and uplifting. FOCUS is pleased to offer complimentary snack or meal cards to attending parents. We kindly ask that any guests joining you cover the cost of their own meal.
